Wellness 360 Degrees Challenges and Wellness From the Kitchen are back for a fun-filled Fall!

​From September 14 through October 12, challenge yourself and others to move more in the "SOM on the Move" Challenge. You can participate as an individual and challenge yourself to move at least 150 minutes a week - which is less than 30 minutes a day. Every movement counts - even vacuuming! You can also connect with others to form a team and choose a fun name. Teams are limited to 5 people, so you can ask up to 4 people to join your team. Then, watch how your team progresses on the challenge dashboard! Individuals and teams will be entered into weekly raffles to win prizes.

From October 19 through November 15, you'll be taken on a "tasty" journey in the "Taste the Rainbow" challenge as you explore the rainbow of colorful fruits and vegetables available during the wonderful Fall produce season. Each week focuses on a different color of the rainbow. You'll get weekly nutritional information, recipes, shopping tips, and more. The fruit and veggie tracker on the portal will make logging in the daily servings super easy. You'll have a chance to win prizes each week that you participate!

From 11/23 through 12/20, we focus on sleep during the hectic holiday season. During the holidays, sleep often gets disrupted due to stress and the hustle and bustle of the season. In the Sleep Challenge, you'll participate in weekly relaxing challenges and get useful tips for getting a good night's sleep as you soothe your frazzled mind and body. You'll be entered into raffles for "dreamy" prizes each week that you participate!
